I am thankful for your company and the service you provided. My family enjoy our ride from location to location throughout Spain (Barcelona to Madrid to Toledo to Seville) and Portugal (Lisbon). The drivers were polite and friendly. Providing water for us and did their best for us to enjoy our journey. In one of our stop, my sister left behind her bag and the driver promptly return to us with everything intact.

We laughed so much with Nuno! He was absolutely awesome! All three of our drivers were very good, but I think Nuno was perfect! He was the best blend of entertaining, accommodating, tour guide, and efficient. Antonio definitely knew his stops, history, where to go, what to see. It felt like he was also acting as a tour guide, pointing out sites and telling us a bit. All in all, the 4 of us felt Portugal Trips was a really good experience, and the perfect fit for us.

Portugal Trips is a platform that connects travellers with our drivers who will transport them from one city to another and explore places of interest and attractions along the way.
For your safety during your trip, we have taken extra precautions to protect you from the risks related to COVID-19. Vehicles are sanitised before and after each trip. Our drivers will wear masks and we have hand sanitizer available for you. Ckeck here for some additional safety measures adopted.
If your desired route is not listed, don't worry, talk to us and we will design your tailor-made trip.
You should choose the car that best fits the number of travellers and their luggage in your group: a sedan (Ford Focus SW type) for up to 3 passengers, MPV for groups of 4 (Volkswagen Sharan type), or a VAN (Mercedes Vito type) for groups up to 8 passengers. For larger groups, a combination of vehicles may be used. Prices vary according to your option, and you will have access to the exact quote on the booking page. We note that all vehicles meet the rules of safety, reliability, and comfort.
Your driver will pick you up, or drop you off, at the airport, hotel, apartment, cruise ship dock, or any other location of your choice as long as it is accessible by car, no need to worry about other connections or transfers. Do not forget it's a door-to-door service! If you happen to find yourself in an area reserved for pedestrians or residents, your driver will meet you at a pre-arranged pick-up point.
After completing your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the information about the trip. You will then receive an e-mail with your driver's details. If you have not received an e-mail from us, it is possible that there is an error with the e-mail address, or that it goes into your spam folder, which does not mean that your trip will be cancelled! For any missing required information, please contact us.
You can make changes to your itinerary up to 24 hours before departure free of charge. If you need to make a last-minute change, even during the journey, speak to your driver and we will do our best to find a solution.
A gratuity is excluded from the total price and is not an essential requirement. However, if you are extremely satisfied with the service, it is normal to compensate your driver with a tip (10% is sufficient).
The price quoted for the trip is final and there are no additional fees for our services. However, optional activities during the trip such as visits to monuments or other types of attractions are not included in the price.
Yes, all drivers speak English and have Portuguese as their mother language.
Available 24/7 so you can book a trip at a time that suits you. Our Customer Service team is available every day, from Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 00:00 (GMT).
All drivers are obliged to keep their cars smoke-free. This obligation is company policy and follows the law. It is also required to have as neutral an environment as possible. That means no smoke, no dust, and no air fresheners.
As a rule, each passenger is allowed one large bag (29" x 21" x 11" / 74 x 53 x 28 cm) and one small bag (22" x 14" x 9" / 56 x 36 x 23 cm). If you have additional luggage, you can adjust your number during booking until checkout. If you have oversized luggage, or are unsure if your luggage will fit, please contact us.
Your driver will meet you at the agreed time and place and will not contact you until 5 minutes after the agreed time, or if absolutely necessary. However, a few days before the start of the journey you will receive full information about your driver in case you need to contact him.
You can pay at the time of booking by the means provided on the platform or directly in cash or debit card to the driver.
We understand that plans for a trip may need to change, which is why we do not charge a fee for changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure. If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, simply call or email us.
Yes, we are happy to transport your pet! However, the transportation of pets is subject to special laws. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with pets so that we can advise you of the requirements. If you do not inform us in advance, we cannot guarantee that your driver will be able to accommodate you.
